Who buys used prosthetic legs?

Used prosthetic legs are often donated to organizations that provide them to individuals in need, especially in developing countries. Some organizations collect used prosthetics and components for reuse, repair, or repurposing. For example, Limbs for Life and Penta Prosthetics collect used prosthetics and components.
